These Terms of Use govern your use of the FrenchLovePsychic website (frenchlovepsychic.com) and the purchase of any services offered thereon. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

Madame Isabelle Soul Readings provides personalised spiritual reading documents ("Soul Readings") delivered in PDF format by email. These readings are offered exclusively for personal spiritual reflection, entertainment, and guidance purposes.
Soul Readings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. They are not a substitute for professional consultation. By purchasing a reading, you confirm that you understand and accept this.
Personalized readings are offered as a membership. You choose an introductory price (currently $1, $5, $9 or $14) to unlock your complete reading and start a 3-day introductory access period. See Billing Terms below for exactly how this works and when your membership renews.
Optional add-ons are displayed at checkout and priced separately. All prices are in US dollars.
Your reading and account access are delivered to the email address you provide, typically within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to high demand.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. We are not responsible for readings undelivered due to incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or full inboxes.
Each reading is personalised using the information you provide (name, date of birth, quiz answers, question, etc.). The accuracy and relevance of your reading depends on the information you provide. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
When you choose your introductory price (currently $1, $5, $9 or $14) and complete checkout, you are charged that amount today for 3 days of introductory access to your complete reading, your matched AI Guide, and your personal profile.
Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your membership automatically renews at $14.50 per week, charged to the payment method used at checkout, and continues to renew at that frequency until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account, effective before your next scheduled renewal — cancelling stops all future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as described in the Refund Policy below.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on your initial introductory charge. If your reading does not feel meaningful or relevant to you, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment at contact@allo-medium.fr and we will work with you to make it right, including issuing a full refund of that initial charge at our discretion.
Recurring renewal charges are not automatically refundable once processed — cancel before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Refund requests made more than 7 days after the relevant charge will not be accepted.
Your Soul Reading PDF is prepared exclusively for you and is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or publish any part of your reading without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HMTA Multimedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on the content of a Soul Reading.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
You agree not to use this website or its services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
